A name that wasn’t chosen by chance. Kui-Zin — because here, the kitchen is the beating heart of the place.

We cook like at home — not to make it pretty, but to make it good. Really good. Truly, deeply good.

Just fresh ingredients, Marrakchi recipes, and women who let it all simmer with love.

We serve slow-cooked tajines, couscous every day, flavour-packed salads, sweet mint tea and warm, fresh bread.

No need to wear out your shoes in the medina — the soul of Marrakech is already right here.

Our Buffet

Every lunch and every evening, we offer a generous, colourful, homemade buffet.

You’ll find a selection of Moroccan dishes — salads, tajines, sides — as well as vegetarian options, always prepared with fresh ingredients and a lot of heart. Savory, sweet, and always seriously delicious.

Lunch: €18 for adults, €14 for children.
Dinner with live Moroccan music: €20 for adults, €14 for children.

For smaller appetites or more specific cravings, an à la carte menu is also available.

Sit back, help yourself, and enjoy.

Music live

Every evening from 7pm, the rooftop comes alive with the sound of live Moroccan music. Oud, guitar, percussion, vocals… local artists create a warm, vibrant and authentic atmosphere as dishes simmer and the buffet fills up.

It’s the other signature ingredient at Kui-Zin: flavour on the plate, rhythm in the air.

A special moment — somewhere between rooftop dinner and open-air concert.
